When making a character, there is a format that you must follow.
 
1)First, you must know that you cannot have any character that is super sayian, or feused( ex. SSj goku or gotanks).
2) you are alowed to have any character from DBZ or almost any other anime as your character so long as it does not make my site look bad(no yugi from yugioh) and also fallows racial characteristics( no animals or anything that isn't a race on my site. ex. no oolong, eternal dragons, dinosaurs, ect).
3) you can make people from different animes different races( ex. Vash from trigun, race: sayian.), but must keep people from dragon ball Z the same race( Krilin, Race: Human).
4) you cannot have a character that already exists on the site
 
Before you choose a Character, you might want to look at the races you can choose from...
 
Races:
Human: Starting stats: Strength:3, Speed:2, Ki:1. Ex: Krilin, Yamcha. Special Properties: Out of all the races listed, human beings by far have the strongest soul power and spiritual potential, they just don't have the best control of it. It takes humans 1 less day to learn techniques that are self taught, to a minimum of one day to learn a technique.
 
Sayian: Starting stats: Str:3, Spd:2, Ki:1. Ex: Goku, Vegeta, Brolly. Special Properties: Sayians start with the Oozaru Super form and the Sense Location technique. Sayians are very similar to humans, but they are bread to fight and love to battle. A sayian becomes stronger from every fight they have, receiving a bonus 2% power level increase from every fight they have and if a sayian is brought down to poor or critical health status and has to recover, they gain 3% extra from recovering from poor, and 6% from recovering from critical.
 
Namek: Starting stats: Str:2, Spd:2, Ki:2. Ex: Piccolo, Nail, Kami. Special Properties: Starts with Namek language, Namek Regeneration, Sense Location, and Eternal Fusion Techniques. Nameks still have two arms and two legs like humans, but they are a little taller and have green skin typically. Because of their regenerative properties, it takes Nameks two less days to recover from either poor or critical health status. It does not take a Namek a day to recover from a moderate health status, they can be training, learning a technique, making an item, or any other activity and still be recovering. it takes just one day to get from a health status of moderate to good, and one more day to get to excellent (see Health Status info below).
 
Kai: Starting stats: Str:2, Spd:1, Ki:3. Ex: Supreme Kai, Debora. Special Properties: Starts with Ki blast, Ki Beam, Mikayo, Renzuku Energy Dan, Shiugenkizan, Ki Ai, Barrier, Sense Power Level, Sense Location, Hide Power Level, and Bukujitsu techniques. A sacred race of individuals, also similar to humans, but with red, blue, or purple skin, that specify in spiritual power. Kais have a natural 20% resistance to ki based attacks. They also have the ability to charge up ki attacks on a dime, and if they learn a custom attack of their own, it takes only 8 days to learn instead of the normal 10 days to learn.
 
Android: Str:3, Spd:3, Ki:0. Ex: Androids 16,17,18,19. Special Properties: Starts with eye laser Attack. A robotic being with a mind of their own. Androids cannot learn any ki attacks, but they have their own set to learn( see techniques page). An andriod has twice the endurence of any other race, if power levels are equivilent. So an android will decrease in health status 1/2 as slow as any other race and also, because of their geromantium frame and exoskeleton, an android has a natural 50% resistance to physical based attacks.
 
Icer: Str:3, Spd:1, Ki:2. Ex: Frieza, Coola, King Cold. Special Properties: Starts with Ki blast, and Sense Location techniques Icers are a very conditioned race that have a very powerful spirit as well as physique. They have a natural resistance of 40% to physical based attacks. They can also release an extra 5% power level increase into any charged up Ki attack, so if an icer uses a fully charged buster cannon and through the use of certain tactics, it gains a bonus 30% in power, it would then gain 35% from the natural ability custom to only them. Also, an Icer doesn't use any extra energy when they use their superforms. Icers can breath in space as well.
 
Makio: Str:3, Spd:1, Ki:2. Ex: Cap.Ginyu, Garlic Jr. Special Properties: Starts with Sense Location technique. Slightly similar to an Icer and Namek, Makios are known for their powerful ki as well as superior intelect. A Makio has the natural ability to breath under water, and also in space. When under water, a Makio gains a power level boose of 15%. It takes Makios 1 less day to make items, to a minimum of 1 day to make an item.
 
Yardrat: Str:3, Spd:2, Ki:1. Ex: Burter, Guldo. Special Properties: Usually not a warrior race and are known for their reality manipulation abilities. It takes a yardrat 2 less days to make items, to a minimun of 1 day to make an item. Yardrats do not have to prove themselves to Soba to go onto and explore the planet Yardrat. a Yardrat starts out with two items of up to 4 days to make( ask me if there are any questions on what you can start with.)
 
Saibaman: Str:1, Spd:3, Ki:2. Ex: Saibaman King, Green Saibaman. Special Properties: Starts with Ki blast, Bukujitsu, Ghost Explosion, and Acid Spray Techniques. A race of artificial lifeform used by the Sayians as soldiers. They look like little green bug people. A saibaman character starts out with a 1,200 PL. Also, if their are other saibamen around a saibaman character, all the saibamen gain a bonus 5% power level. Saibamen can breath in space.
 
Arlian: Str:4, Spd:1, Ki:1. Ex: look at picture on bottom of page. Special Properties: A race of insect warriors that have a strong military and are unnaturally strong, physically. Being bug-like, they have an exoskeleton, and no inner bones, as well as no lungs, so they do not need to breath. Their exoskeleton provides a superior resistance to physical based attacks, and it grows in resistance as their PL increases. There is a chart showing the rate of increase in resistance bellow.
 
Transforming Alien: Str:2, Spd:2, Ki:2. Ex: Buu, Zarbon. Special Properties: Starts with Bukujitsu, and Sense Location techniques. The most diverse catagory of race. The transforming alian is anything that doesn't fall under any of the other racial catagories. All transforming aliens start out with one Custom technique of their choice (the Custom Technique must follow the restrictions set to it on the Techniques page. It must be confirmed by me as well.). Unlike other races, transforming aliens do not have a set amount of custom techniques that they can learn; they can learn as many as they want, at any power level they want. On top of that, they can learn one in only 6 days, instead of the normal 10 days. Also, they can learn any technique, even the one's that are restricted by specific races, but they are still restriced by the techniques with alignment requirments, such as spirit bomb. They also get a natural 10% resistance to both physical and ki based attacks.
 
Dragon: Str:4, Spd:4, Ki:4, Ex: Omega Shenron, Giran, Nova Special Properties: (Dragons have no superform and cannot fuse but can however learn Kaioken and Gigas). Starts with Ki blast, Dragon Fire, and Bukujitsu techniques. Everything about a dragon is powerful. The only fallback, superforms are very limited. A dragon has the natural ability to push itself byond that of normal mortal beings, so any training they do, they gain an additional 5% power level increase, to the same effect as weighted clothing. They also had a natural 40% resistance to both physical and ki based attacks.
 
Sayian/ Human Half Blood: Str:3, Spd:2, Ki:1; Ex: Gohan, Goten, Trunks. Special Properties: A combination of both human and sayian, they have the spiritual potential of a human and the power increase from every fight, like that of a sayian. They have the ability to learn techniques that are self taught 1 day faster, to a minimum of 2 days to learn a technique. Also, they receiving a bonus 1% power level increase from every battle they have and if a Half Blood is brought down to poor or critical health status and has to recover, they gain 2% extra from recovering from poor, and 4% from recovering from critical.
 
You must follow examples given to make a correct character( EX: no Frieza as a sayian).
 
After you have chosen a race, you must choose an alignment. An alignment is either Good, Evil, or Neutral(neither good or evil).
 
After that, you have a character. then you can train your character, learn new attacks and more. Then just e-mail me to tell me what you want to do.
 
Your character's bio will look like this:
 
Name: (this is your character's name and also your access to e-mail fellow players on the site).
Race:( your character's race, all races listed above)
Power Level: (Character's deadliness, rated in a numerical system, also endurence)
Alignment:(good,neutral,evil)
Stats:( Character's physical capabilities, rated in a numerical system)
       Strength:( Physical Strength and toughness)
       Speed:( Quickness in reaction speed as well as movement in attacks)
       Ki:( your ki power)
Resistance: (used for battles only, a character's vulnerability or invulnerability to physical or ki based attacks, granted by armor, items, or racial resistances.)
       Physical:( resistance to physical damages, like melee punches, kicks, crashing into rocks, and things of that sort)
       Ki:( resistance to ki and energy based attacks, like a ki blast)
Techniques:( the Techniques you know)
Items:( the items you carry)
Super Forms:( check Super Forms)
Path:( The focus of your character's trainings into his stats; see Paths page)
Location:(where you are)
Status:(what you are doing)
Health Status:(the condition of your physical body after battles or training)
Faction:(team if you have one)(E-mail me if you want to have a faction of your own.)
 
Stat increase:
Stats go up when your Power Level goes up. When your stats increase, they increase by the # they started at( Sayian starting stats: Str:3, Spd:2, Ki:1 would increase by: Str:+3, Spd:+2, Ki:+1) every time there Power Level reaches a certain number:
 
When P.L. reaches 100 is the first increase in stats.
Then stats increase every 200 more P.L. gain until...
P.L. reaches 1,500. Then every 500 more P.L. gain until...
P.L. reaches 5,000. Then every 5,000 more P.L. gain until...
P.L. reaches 20,000. Then every 10,000 more P.L. gain for the rest of the increase in stats.
 
 
Resistance:
A character's resistances are not the most vital thing in battle, but they can be a deciding factor in a fight between two warriors who's power levels are the same or close. the greater the resistance level, the more damage the character can take in that damage type ( Be it Physical or Ki damage). Mostly, armor is what provides resistance, but there are some items that grant extra resistances, and resistances DO stack with accumulating items that grant resistance. You will find some items provide 5% resistance, and others will provide 50% resistance, but if they can be used together, their abilities stack. Here are the levels of resistance:
(Note: Resistances don't always work to the percents listed. These numbers are based on two characters with equal power levels.)
 
Nil: No resistance at all. 0% resistance.
Minor: Very little resistance to attacks of the select type, but could still help. This level is when resistances repel 5% of damages.
Low: A little more resistance for select damage type. This level is when resistances repel up to 15% of damages.
Moderate: Damage is seeming to feel noticably lighter, but you are by no means invulnerable. This level is when resistances repel up to 30% of damages.
Greater:  You body absorbs hits much easier. So endurence in battle may be increased. This level is when resistances repel up to 50%.
Major: Hits come very light to you, so you can fight for much longer, but you may be hindered in movement by the amount of gear you wear to get to this level of resistance. This level is when resistances repel up to 99% of damages.
Complete*: This level of resistance can only be aquired by certain items as a special trait that they grant the user. The level of Complete* is when resistance is at 100% and the user cannot be hurt by the select damage type.
 
 
Arlian Exoskeleton Resistance/ Power Level Growth:
As stated above, an arlian's exoskeleton grows in hardness as they increase in power level, making them more resistant to physical based attacks, the more powerful they become. Here is a chart for said growth.

50,000-124,999                30% physical and 5% ki
125,000-249,999              35% physical and 5% ki
250,000-399,999              40% physical and 10% ki
400,000-649,999              45% physical and 10% ki
650,000-999,999              50% physical and 15% ki
1,000,000-1,499,999        55% physical and 15% ki
1,500,000-2,499,999        60% physical and 20% ki
2,500,000-4,999,999        70% physical and 25% ki
5,000,000-10,000,000      80% physical and 30% ki
10,000,001+                       90% physical and 40% ki
 
After 10,000,000 power level is reached, an arlian's shell doesn't gain any more natural resistance. An arlian can still wear armor, but if the resistances stack, they do not surpass 100%, they can only reach up to 99% because a resistance of 100% would mean they have reached the level of Complete* resistance, which can only be granted through some types of items.
 
Health Status:
Health status is your condition. It is what determins if you are 100%, or if you are hurt or dead. The different ways that health status changes are: in battle, taking time to recover(ex:after cybernetic implants.), from senzu beans,from training, getting killed, ect. As your health status gets worse, you are able to do less and less: like train and go into battle. The different levels of health status are:
 
Excellent: Perfect health conditions.
 
Good: Not Perfect health conditions, but still in good enough condition to do everything that you would normally do and do battle as well.
 
Moderate: Noticablely hurt, but can still fight, train, and all that other stuff. At this state, you may take a day to recover.
 
Poor: Badly injured and can no longer train and wouldn't be good to do battle, but you can still make items. You can only get to this state in a battle. At this state, you may take 4 days to recover or 2 with rejuvination chamber.
 
Critical: Nearly dead. You can no longer do anything but recover. You can only get to this state in battle. Recovering takes 7 days or 4 with rejuvination chamber.
 
Dead: You are dead and are now in The Other World. You will be revived in 1 month after you have died if not by the dragon balls.
 
 
 
After you have choosen everything about your character, just E-mail me the stuff and I will put your character up. Then your character can do stuff. I will also need a brief character bio on how your character acts twards others and anything else you feel that is important. I will also need your E-mail address so that people can e-mail you if they need to.
